A group of GEMers are off in the morning to participate in the Save Our Schools March. If you plan to be there Saturday and want to march with us, meet at Freedom Plaza, at the fountain, at 10:30. Stay tuned for updates, pictures and video from what is sure to be an exciting and inspiring week!
“The Inconvenient Truth Behind Waiting for Superman” is being shown around the country this week as part of the Save Our Schools March and Movement!
Here is a sampling of some SOS screenings:
Salt Lake City: July 28th, 3-5 pm at the Salt Lake City Main Library Auditorium as part of the Save our Schools Teach-In and Rally.
Las Vegas: July 30th at First Christian Church of Las Vegas, 101 S. Rancho
St. Louis: July 30th at 10:00 AM at the Schlafly Branch Library at 225 North Euclid. The film will accompany a rally and workshop.
